- Subscriptions: When you purchase a subscription plan from Test Garden, you gain the right to use the platform to record, manage, and run test cases for your registered websites.
- Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Content Ownership: You own all test cases, selector structures, and reports generated in your account. You grant Test Garden a non-exclusive license to host, store, and run these test configurations solely to provide you with the services.
- Prohibited Use: You must only test websites that you own or have explicit authorization to test. You agree not to use Test Garden to conduct malicious attacks, load testing/denial of service, or test applications containing illegal content.

3. User Data and Privacy
